This book contains a program of courses of the workers’ club management. The compilers overview different club activity that organizers should be able to hold: dancing, mass singing, games, satirical performances and others. “It is needed to promote the new collective dances against the ballroom dances, foxtrots, etc.” - compilers wrote. The managers themselves were entertainers and often participated in the performances but also knew how to organize other people. The program includes the classes of all these activities and exams after courses. The text is supplemented by overall 60 related publications.
