An interesting historical overview of the revolutionary activity in Russia from 1820 to 1920. The album consists of 13 sections and provides information on the leading freedom fighters of each time period. The book is supplemented with numerous rare black and white illustrations showcasing proletarian “heroes” including Maria Spiridonova, Zinaida Konoplyannikova, etc. The album was published to celebrate the 100th anniversary of revolutionary activity in Russia.
The album is printed by the socialist publisher ‘Rassvet’, based in New York.
