Detroit, 1931. 176 pp. 27x20. In original illustrated wrappers. Tears of spine, stains, good inside.

Special issue of a periodical of Russian anarchists in Detroit, edited by M. Rubezhanin. The edition was published in 1927–1939, then it was merged with “Delo truda”, published by G. Maksimov.

This issue is devoted to the 10th anniversary of Pyotr Kropotkin’s death. He was a proponent of a decentralized communist society free from central government. In 1917 Kropotkin came back to Russia, he was against Bolsheviks’ hostage policy and centralization of authority, but he had little impact on their actions.
The issue collects memories about the ideologist of anarchism and his funeral in Bolshevik Russia.
