This is a small attractive brochure on the safety precautions that every electrician should know. The grandiose GOELRO plan of Bolsheviks stated the electrification of the whole country in the 1920s and it partly was implemented. It meant the new risk for people, especially for electricians, and the books on how to prevent electrocutions were variously compiled. This edition is an issue of the series ‘Talk on the Labor Protection’ and chiefly based on the described cases. There are rules on the correct actions and the protective clothing for workers as well as the accident statistics.
